Board Description:  This 4'x 8' White Board was designed for a major automotive supplier and tracks employee suggestions made & implemented throughout the year.   Cardholder magnets (not shown) are used in the Employee Name column.   Depending on the number of suggestions made & implemented, an employee will be placed in the bronze, silver or gold column of the board.  Changeable vinyl magnets are used for month & year.
